the room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for our needs. The location was super convenient for walking to shops and the staff were friendly and efficient throughout our visit.

The hotel breakfast menu could use more variety to cater to different tastes.

Overall had such wonderful stay for 1 night. There were a balcony, a kitchen, and a sitting area in the room, liked that. All the staff were excellent friendly and amicable. Distance to the airport was just 20 km...

The total stay was perfect 10/10 for 3 nights. The hotel was in a central setting close to a large supermarket. Besides, it was short walk to Te Rapa racecourse as well as a good restaurant.

We stayed in a one-bedroom unit and it was super comfortable. The thick crisp sheets were amazing, and the kids loved the little courtyard in the back where they could play.

The hotel was clean and the location was particularly good and perfect to main restaurants. I loved the nice modern room with a balcony and the stuff were amiable. Location: the venue was just off comfortable ☺ as well as the town centre, sports facilities, river walks.

I recently stayed for a night while exploring the area, and it was a good experience. The warm greeting upon arrival set a positive tone, and my one-bedroom unit was perfect. I appreciated the well-equipped kitchenette, and the comfortable beds ensured a restful night. The redwood hot tub was a fantastic addition, offering relaxation after a long day of travel.

The spacious two-bedroom unit was perfect for my family, with comfy beds and ample room for relaxation. Having two TVs and Sky was a highlight, letting us unwind separately. The friendly staff kept everything clean and tidy, though the smell of curry at reception was a bit off-putting. it was a cozy base while exploring nearby landmarks like Hamilton Lake and the Classics Museum.

As we have stayed before we found that the service and comfort has not changed it is Excellent in every way.

A combination of hits and misses

Facilities were clean and location was very handy to a supermarket and various takeaways, made our stay comfortable.

Parking was a significant issue as many spaces were full, leaving us vulnerable to theft with no alternative options.

Steve the proprietor was extremely helpful and very pleasant to deal with. Everything was ready on arrival for us to be taken straight to our room. Glassware if you wish to enjoy a drink, tea/coffee making facilities available along with fresh milk. Very clean and well kept.

The personalised services, friendly staff and standard of presentation and cleanliness. The bed was comfortable and the room was warm and spacious. The bathroom was well appointed. The reception staff were extremely helpful and great advocates for Hamilton. Entrance and exit to the motel was easy due to the location and access to main highways.

Spacious rooms with great amenities

The room was thoughtfully equipped with a microwave and fridge, and even a small outdoor area where we could relax. The complimentary tea and coffee made mornings brighter, and the quick housekeeping service was a nice touch. The bathroom could use a little more attention regarding cleanliness.

Lovely owners, really helpful. They washed our uniforms each night and returned them in the morning folded.
